In Light of Us was created as a "proof of concept" pilot project to inspire green initiatives, especially in the areas of solar and renewable energies.

In Light of Us will promote this goal by providing the following:

• Free web site hosting for people/groups who would like a web site to support their green projects/initiatives OR to support their communities.
• Free web site hosting for financially stressed individuals/businesses in situations where having a web page would assist in their sustainability and growth.
• Supplemental educational and tutorial materials, pertaining to green initiatives, especially in the areas of solar and renewable energies. In alignment with our mission, In Light of Us is powered 100% by solar energy.
• Access to a circle of like-minded people/groups.
